蕭美玉曾在2006年卡達杜哈亞運500公尺計時賽獲銀牌，2010年的廣州亞運不僅在500公尺計時賽奪銅，更在公路賽勇奪金牌，而2014年仁川亞運，蕭美玉在場地全能賽勇奪金牌，外加團體爭先賽、團體追逐賽、公路賽3銅，亞洲車后的招牌相當閃耀。
